1. Refunds on Services

We operate a strict No Refund Policy. Once a treatment has been performed, the cost is final. This fee covers the cost of the medical products used, the clinical time taken, and the professional expertise of the nurse. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for any procedure under any circumstances.

2. Booking Fees & Advance Payments

To secure an appointment in our calendar, a booking fee or advance payment is required.

• Non-Refundable: All booking fees and advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

• Reservation: This fee reserves clinical time exclusively for you.

• Forfeiture: If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason, this advance payment will be forfeited to cover the lost clinic time.

3. Clinical Outcomes & Results

Aesthetic medicine is an art, not an exact science. While we strictly use premium, FDA/CE-approved products and expert medical techniques, individual results can vary significantly due to human anatomy and lifestyle factors.

• No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee specific results.

• Expectations: No refunds or free "correction" treatments will be provided if the aesthetic outcome does not meet your personal expectations or if your specific anatomy requires more sessions than initially estimated to achieve the desired look.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life happens, but late cancellations affect our ability to treat other patients.

• If you fail to attend your appointment ("No-Show"), your advance payment is automatically forfeited.

• If you cancel your appointment, your advance payment is not returned.
